1964 Buick Skylark Convertible
This is a pic of a 1964 Buick Skylark Convert. I found in Michigan behind a funeral home. It has 20,500 original miles on it. The old lady I bought if from wanted 2000.00 for it because that is what she paid for it in the 60's. I managed to talk her down to 700.00 cash.... more1956 Ford F100 Big Back window.
I bought this as a cab and chassis 4 years ago- no front clip- no box etc. It did have a Valerie front under it- all for $1200. It now has a 351W, auto, Hot rod a/c, PS, PB- bench seat from a late model Ford F150. We drove it 2300 miles sense July 3rd and loved every minute! I've been building this 1948 Chevy for 5 years. Finally got it on the road in October. The only part that is 1948 is the Body, rear glass and the frame, from the firewall back. Built between the years of 1995 & 2000, this Ford has been a lot of fun. It was my first build and it would have never happened without the help of all my friends. We bought the Track T and have had the best times with it. We've had it at many rod runs and is always an attention getter. As shown by the photos it has all the good stuff rodders want on it. Here is a pic of my car and I at Fontana Raceway going up against 2008 Silverado Truck. won that race with a failed Number 8 plug. The race before, I came up against a Z06 Vette. He broke lose off the line and passed the 1/8 mile mark at 9.806sec with 90.00 MPH. I turned a 9.812sec at 69.63 MPH then failed the plug and he went right pass me.... morePages
