City of Industry, CA – There are a number of timeless classic car designs that car guys adore. One of them is the Tri-Five Chevy—the 1955, 1956 and 1957 model years. These three years meant a lot for Chevrolet, as it helped define its car offerings, and helped build a reputation for its new V8 engines. The cars were reliable and very good-looking, so they sold well, and retained the popularity for many years. To this day, the Tri-Five Chevy is one of the most recognizable collector cars in existence, and Wheel Vintiques is proud to announce a brand new product for these popular Chevys.

Until now, enthusiasts building a Tri-Five Chevy had to rely on the original wheels if they wanted to retain the original style hubcaps. From 1955 to 1957, the wheels featured special nibs on the rim that held the hubcap in place. Other steel wheels might have the same look, but they do not accept the original caps, so Wheel Vintiques decided to fill a major void in the market by reproducing Tri-Five wheels.

Along with original sizing, Wheel Vintiques also manufactures the OE Tri-Five steel wheel in alternative sizes, to spice up the looks of your ’55, ’56 or ’57 Chevy. Available sizes are: 14x5, 14x6 14x7, 15x5, 15x6 and 15x7. This provides a wide range of fitment options, if you want to run slightly larger tires than the original 6.70-15 or 7.50-14 sizing. These wheels accept full wheel covers, as well as the dog-dish style center caps. The OE Tri-Five wheel is available in a single 5x4-3/4-inch bolt pattern.

All Wheel Vintiques wheels are made in the USA, using seven-gauge hot-rolled steel. The centers are stamped and the rims are rolled in house to ensure the highest possible quality control.
