(Posted January 16, 2013) 1970 Nova parked in 1979 and left untouched for almost 25 years
This was a great garage find, it was parked in the garage in 1979 and left untouched for almost 25 years. Three dents were taken out and it was repainted the same color.
This 1970 Nova is a one of a kind. Special ordered with a 6-cyl. Built end of year production as a V-8, with air conditioning, they had the V-8 springs, linkage bracket,
Tinted glass all-around, custom chrome package, when they realized that they needed a 6-cyl. In the color of Green Mist Ird. They dropped the 6-cyl. In it and left the V-8 package including the front springs. The car sat so high up in the front it looked like the engine was missing because their was not enough weight on the front springs.
