The field of contenders for the 2016 Ridler Award has been narrowed down to just eight hot rods in what is known as the Pirelli Great 8. The day started with dozens of challengers competing to be in this elite eight, but not everyone made it through the eliminations, which began last night. One of these eight finalists will take home the prize of the Ridler Award, but each of these hot rods are recognized as being outstanding. Here are your finalists:
