The 4th annual Kool Kids Car Show was greeted by clear skies and rather chilly temperatures in the morning. However, by around 11:00 A.M. the chill gave way to warmer temps.
The Show was well attended, with a r o und 40 – 50 ve h icles present, including two Brass era Model T’s, a 1930 Model ‘A’, a mixed assortment of postwar stock and modified vehicles, plus a decommissioned Army 6 x 6.
In the morning Show participants were greeted by large Urns of hot Coffee, Tea, or fixins for Hot Chocolate and Donuts, by j ust after 11:00 A.M., Hotdogs and Hamburgers were available for the hungry masses.
Though billed as running until 3:00 P.M., at around 1:30 P.M, the 50/50 was called, and Trophy presentations began.
This is a nice Show, definitely worth a repeat visit, and if all goes well, I’ll be back next year.
