’68 Chevrolet Pickup – Alan Shoemaker ~ Australia. Stock big block (396ci) truck, with stock tilt wheel, tach and AC. For the ’98 Hot Rod Power Tour I installed a 700R automatic tranny, and wondered why I hadn’t done it before. It’s been lowered with dropped spindles and blocks in the rear, with the help of lowered springs a total of 5″ in the front and 7″ in the rear. It runs on stock Rallye Wheels with BFG’s, wheels painted the same as on the body, which is GM Teal and Sea Foam Green, with knock off spinners. The bed has been sprayed with a coating, Sea Foam Green in color, so I can still haul items in it, it is after all a truck!
