While traveling thru Houston I had the opportunity to meet Timothy Haase of Bare Bones Custom Paint & Speed Shop and stop in to see some of his Work In Progress. Tim started his building career at the age of 12 with his father Bob Haase.

Bare Bones Custom Paint Builds a variety of vehicles from Everyday classic cruisers to one off show cars for SEMA . Bare Bones has been on the scene with appearances on SpikeTV’s Search & Restore, Houston’s Automotive Radio shows, magazines and even the Rat Rod Magazine Build off as a judge in their Innagural Event. Tim has been associated with the shops of Gene Winfield and other legend car builders
        
His staff includes Elaine Mayfield who helps scheduling and makes sure the vehicles are done on time. Bob Haase, Tims Father and Inspiration for having Bare Bones Custom Paint works a few days a week to help get the cars back to their owners, He is basically a Jack of all trades, Master of None when it comes to cars.. Even his Mom finds her way in the shop helping with the sanding and prep work to get the cars ready for paint and assembly.
