Joe Moore's Field Cars Find
Posted on March 24, 2014

There are about 50 cars here mostly early mustangs, a couple of Fairlanes, 1 Buick GS convertible that has the top up and looks pretty good. It is a shame the mustangs are in all ranges of condition and sadly going down hill! The 49 Buick Super is in another pasture, looks like it has… Continue reading Joe Moore's Field Cars Find

1921 Chevrolet Roadster Pickup and 1940 Packard 110 Business Coupe
Posted on January 7, 2014

Here’s a couple of barn finds, one recent, one found in 1968. The first is a 1921 Chevrolet roadster pickup. It was converted from a touring car in the mid twenties after being fire damaged. It was placed in storage in 1931 and was never seen or moved until I bought it in 1972. The second… Continue reading 1921 Chevrolet Roadster Pickup and 1940 Packard 110 Business Coupe

1969 Camaro SS
Posted on January 6, 2014

1969 Camaro SS. From what I can tell, it was a 4 speed big block car with a deluxe houndstooth interior. Obviously it’s been sitting for awhile. Property owner said it was wrecked in 1974 with no insurance. Car was found in Northern Manitoba, Canada. Also spotted was a 1937 Plymouth coupe in the background.… Continue reading 1969 Camaro SS

Posted on November 12, 2013

This 1971 340 Cuda has been sitting in plain sight in Arlington Oregon for decades. You can see it from the Freeway. The owner will not sell even though the car deteriorates a little more every year.  – Rocky Mikesell Car Images:

1956 Nash Ambassador Cross Country Special
Posted on October 7, 2013

I found a 1956 Nash Ambassador Cross Country Special V8, 2-door hard top in my little north central Florida town. I think it’s in excellent, restorable condition. It even has a “Farina” emblem on the front fender. It has no title, no engine and no transmission. The owner is asking for $1,000, but I can’t… Continue reading 1956 Nash Ambassador Cross Country Special

Field Trucks in Georgia
Posted on October 4, 2013

These photos were taken a couple of weeks ago in NE Georgia. All of the trucks are brought back from Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and the Dakotas (very little rust) and are mostly pre-1960. I’ve purchased 3 different trucks in the past and this time I was there to buy a 1955 Chevy LCF (COE) and… Continue reading Field Trucks in Georgia

Jim North's 1967 Corvette Convertible
Posted on September 12, 2013

It took years to finally see this 1967 Corvette 2 top convertible and two weeks to own it. 327/300hp 4 speed and frame rust. It had not run in 25 years. Tune up, flush fuel/cooling system and replace brakes etc. Started and drove well. Thanks for your consideration. – Jim North Car Images:
