Legislation (H.3140) has been introduced in the Massachusetts State Legislature which, if signed into law, will exempt older antique vehicles from the state’s annual safety inspection requirement. The bill is scheduled for a hearing in the Joint Committee on Transportation on September 17 – next Tuesday.
