Classic Instruments is pleased to announce that owner John McLeod has been awarded the NSRA Street Rodding Achievement Award for “Outstanding support of the Street Rod industry”.

The award was presented by Tom Vogele, editor of StreetScene magazine, and Jerry Kennedy, NSRA Event Director, at the SEMA HRIA Banquet on November 6th, 2014. In front of an audience of over 600 people, John’s long time commitment to the Hot Rod and Street Rod industry was summarized.

John’s extensive involvement with SEMA, the HRIA, Futures in Hot Rodding, the NSRA and many other Street Rodding and Hot Rodding organizations have made him a well-known figure in the industry. John’s passion for what he does is evident in the fact that he spends most weekends on the road at various industry shows and events. He ensures his company, Classic Instruments, is a sponsor at any event that supports or draws attention to the industry. Classic Instruments is proud to sponsor the NSRA Pro’s Pick awards to recognize some of the best cars and builders at NSRA events nationwide. John ensures Classic Instruments is constantly developing new and innovative products and he is always seeking to benefit the industry in a meaningful way. His success in business has afforded him the opportunity to give back to his community and the industry as a whole. This is especially evident in his service with SEMA and the HRIA as well as numerous youth programs to secure the next generation of Hot Rodders.
