Hello! My name is Donald C Giglio and I live in Copake NY and I own this 1950 Dodge B2B 1/2 ton P/U. I've owned it for 22 years and went through 2 flathead 6's before I street rodded it. It has a 74 Cuda 318-ci engine with 340 heads, Mopar performance street cam, 600-CFM Edelbrock 4-bbl carb, Summit timing chain and gears, Mopar performance electronic distributor and high performance ECU control unit backed up with a Mopar blaster coil, mini starter from a 1999 Dodge Ram P/U.
Cooling is from a Chrysler LeBaron radiator with a flex-a-lite 10" pusher fan and a 12" puller on the water pump with cool-flex hoses. The trans is a 904 Torque Flite with a hole-shot torque converter and a V-Matic-2 shifter with a reverse lock out, flex-a-lite trans cooler. The rear is a 8 3/4" sure-grip 323 gears from a 82 Dodge P/U. Duel exhaust is 2 chamber flow-masters with 2" stainless steel pipes with 3 1/2 " tips.
Ron Francis AP-97 Advantage plus wiring system, VDO gauges, Kenwood sound system with 4 - 4x6 speakers, 22 gallon Summit fuel cell. Power comes from a 12V red top Optima battery with a Summit battery disconnect switch. I'm a 100% disabled Vietnam vet (USMC) and I don't have a lot of money but I did what I had to do with what I had to build my truck, It may have taken me 22 years to get it this way but if I had to do it again, I WOULD!! Thanks!! "SEMPER FI".
