I think there are a lot of rodder’s out there who would enjoy seeing some pictures of this car. It belongs to a friend of mine named Tom who bought the car when he was in high school in 1960. It was a former drag car that had an Olds engine when he bought it. That was replaced by a SB Chevy in the 60s and then later by the current engine which is a 348 Chevy with a 4-speed. Through our newly established friendship, Tom saw my 32 3-W and decided to dig out the ol’ 32 5-W. He had stashed it in a shed behind his house for many years. Today 9-19-07 was the first time he has driven it in a long time and he came to my house to give me a ride. It was cool! So cool I decided to take some pictures and let others know about it. He often acts embarrassed about the condition of his "old car", since it is still the same since high school. But I have convinced him that his car is a survivor and way more valuable than the many glass 32s running around today. It is a true survivor, all steel coupe with an interesting history.
