1934 La Salle
This is the '34 LaSalle I built. I started the car in 1986 and completed it in 1988. I sold the car in 1990. I entered the car in many classic original car shows; and, needless to say all the purists frowned on me for making it into a Street Rod. They said I 'ruined' the car and the value of the car. To Each His Own! I sold the car as a Street Rod for twice the amount of the original car would have been worth. The Street Rodders all loved the car. God bless them all! - Joe Brienza

HotRod Magazine and George Barris got me in soooo much trouble when I was in School. So many times, the sisters or nuns came up behind me and slapped me alongside my head when I was reading HotRod Magazine and admiring George Barris' cars. Oh well, it was worth it! - Joe Brienza
Thanks to Joe, for sending in these pics and sharing great Rodding memories. Thanks for cruisin' with us!!
