"Cars In Barns” and Field Cars Sam Flower’s 1939 Hupmobile Skylark July 2005
I enjoyed your roadside treasure finds on the way to Minn. Here is one for you. This is (before somebody "customized" it) a 1939 Hupmobile Skylark (like a Graham Hollywood).
This is only a mile from my house and had been covered up with a blue tarp for years. I passed by it hundreds of time and did not know it was there. You got to check those covered up cars too. As you can see it is in "bad" shape but would be a good "Paso" car.
Unfortunately the woman who owns it is delusional and thinks it is worth many thousands of dollars and it would be too if you invested many thousands of dollars fixing it up.
Thanks Sam For Sending Us Your Find So Close To Your Own Backyard. Who Knows Maybe The Woman Will Come Down In Price......
