1955 and 1957 Chevy Bel Air Convertibles
Between Evening of April 24 and Early Morning of April 25
UPDATE: We now have information that both cars were seen Friday evening, April 24th at approximately 7:00pm being loaded by two men into a large carry-all truck on the corner of Monrovia and 18th in Costa Mesa. The truck was then seen shortly after on 19th street heading toward the Newport 55 freeway. The truck was described to be white, in excellent condition, with CA truck numbers, and a partial name of Riverside on the side of the carry-all. There were two men seen, one African American man, possibly in his 50's, about 160lbs, with a ball cap and a goatee. This man was the driver of the vehicle. The other man was described to be Caucasian, grey hair, 6 foot tall with a slender build in his 60's. If you have any information, please call Lee Marston at 949-422-0025. The 55 matador red and white Chevy bel Air Convertible is an irreplaceable family heirloom and deserves to be back with its owner!
