Though put off for a week, since the first Wednesday of July fell on the 4th this year, the turnout at what was the 2nd for the season Metuchen Downtown Cruise Night, was quite good, with the overflow winding up just off Main St on New St. The spectator crowd was quite heavy, and overall, this was one of the best attended of the Cruise Nights, not only for this season, but for some time as well.
