Due to an equipment failure at work, I got out earlier than I usually do on a Thursday night, and so I grabbed my “Nature Made Rat Rod” 1982 Ford Fairmont Futura and headed over to the Edison Light Cruisers Cruise Night.
The turnout was good, fueled in part by the fact that unlike so many days past, there wasn’t even a hint of torrential downpours, constant drizzle or incessant rain.
DJ Jukebox Jimmy spun the tunes, and entertained the participants, and family and friends helped register the many happy Cruisers present for the night’s event.
In addition to the capacity crowd of vehicles, Dirty Rat Apparel was present with his line of automotive themed T-Shirts, Hats, and Belt Buckles, Diecast Jimmy had his assortment of diecast vehicles for sale, and Mike Misko’s Sister had her assortment of automotive art for sale.
The Trophies were awarded around 8:30 p.m., and the participants began slowly leaving.
