		"When well known customizer, Mercury Charlie throws a party, whether it's a grand opening or just an open house, you can count on a bunch of Hot Rods, a bunch of tire


		kickers, and some good tunes, and this Open House was no exception! Charlie has been a long time icon in the Austin area hot rod world, and is known for his love of Mercurys. His current ride,"Nadine", is as outrageous as they come, and a constant show winner where ever it goes.
	Too Low

There were around 30 or 40 hot rods show up and it didn't take too long for the 100 or so folks that gathered at Charlie’s shop to put away a keg of brew, and a bunch of barbeque.

Another highlight, besides the very soulful Kristi Johnston, was the outdoor showing of the movie "Thunder Road". All in all it was a good one!!"
