40th Anniversary Corvette Convertible. A beautiful example of a well taken care of car. It has had the dash instruments reconditioned as well as the A/C controller and programmer. The dash bulbs were all replaced at that time and a new instrument lens was installed. In addition the digital display has been reversed to show a black background with orange numbers. Better to see in daylight and does not glare at night. Both headlight motors were re-geared and work in perfect sequence. The Ruby Red paint is all original and near perfect. This past fall it had a ceramic coating applied by a professional detailer at a cost of $800, Fusion Ceramic Coatings. It is under warranty anywhere in the country. New Borla stainless exhaust system. Micheline Pilot tires on all 4 corners. The engine bay is close to showroom as well as the underside. The interior has Ruby Red leather, sport seats, is smoke free and in perfect condition. The dash is fantastic with no wear showing anywhere. The car comes with a Ruby red car cover and has the original owners manual pouch including the Corvette flashlight, pen and pad of paper and video tape. The convertible top is in perfect condition with a clear plastic window. This car was in a collection and as I'm told has never seen weather or left in the sun for prolong periods of time. This is also true for as long as I have owned it. It's in my opinion an entry level collector car. It drives like it's on rails! Fun!!!!! Back and knee issues are necessitating the sale.
