Very rare, genuine Australian 1934 Chev coupe “Ute” pickup. With very few standard models were made in 1934 (around 100) it makes this an extremely rare vehicle. This example runs a 327 (over bored 307) with Turbo 350 auto transmission and Ford rear end. Steel body (fibreglass rear fenders). Disc brake GM Holden independent front end, drum brake rear end. Black pleated interior. Pick up bed is fully functional with the lid hinged to expose a detailed bed. The gas filler point is also located inside the bed for security and a clean line. Car was completely rebuilt from the ground up as shown in the pictures by an experienced chassis and body man. It was well engineered to drive on much tougher roads than those found in the USA, thus the car drives and cruises along US roads exceptionally well. Car is RHD as original. Car is fully registered and located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
