Description:
There's a boldness to this 1957 Chevrolet 210 Restomod that's instantly understood. It's in the vibrant paint and rumble of the V8. But that's not the whole story. Dig a little deeper to see an A/C interior, overdrive transmission, and investment in a quality fit and finish that proves boldness can also be filled with substance.

This Chevy grabs all the right attention. The yellow paint is the kind of radiant application that comes when you pay for quality and have only about 7k miles on the full build. And the investment in this one went far more than just the smooth and bright finish. You know a Tri-Five by its acres of chrome and stainless trim, and thankfully all is present on this pillared coupe. It includes the wide grille and bumper package that are the icon of the 1950s; the rocket trim on the hood that signified the jet age; and the 210 model's correct full-length body trim, including the tailfins. These are reasons why we all love the icon, but this one has something more to offer. The darkly tinted windows, lowered stance, and polished American Racing Torq Thrust alloys are a clear indication this bold classic has some performance chops.

The custom interior takes the bright yellow and adds a supple black to the mix. This Chevy loves to be a true classic updated for modern cruising, and the interior really shows off that spirit nicely. For example, you have modern front bucket seats with body-hugging bolstering, but they also have classic tuck-and-roll custom inserts. The side panels and rear seats are also done to match. It's so nice inside that all your family and friends will want to go for a ride. That's why this comes with comfortable features such as ice-cold air conditioning, cup holders, and retro-style AM/FM radio with aux input for your iPod. But this car was built to reward the driver the most. You get a two-tone sports steering wheel, a tilt column, Lokar floor shifter, and a nicely integrated auxiliary gauge trio prominently on top of the dash.

The engine bay continues the interior's color theme. The smooth dark inner walls make terrific details pop like the yellow engine block, Cadillac air grabber, and the custom "Ol' Yeller" valve covers. The Tri-Five Chevys may have launched the small block era, but they never got anything as large as this 350 cubic-inch V8. It inhales deeply with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock high-rise intake. And it exhales with a sweet sound as headers add power and rumble to the dual exhaust. There are even nice supporting components like an aluminum radiator with an electric fan, a March serpentine pulley system, and the battery in the trunk for better weight distribution. It's a strong-running and powerful package, and so the upgrade to the stout 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission is the ideal way to handle the muscle and smoothly shift into overdrive comfort. Plus, the power steering, power brakes, drilled & slotted front discs, and rear sway bar really let you enjoy this restomod to the fullest.

This is the icon built to be a true classic cruiser. So don't let this rumbling '57 Chevy go home into someone else's garage, call today!
