Description:
1960's style 32 Ford Hot Rod Sedan chopped 2". Body, fenders, hood top and grill are original Ford steel. New gas tank, firewall and running boards. Fiberglas Cowl Vent. The original cowl vent was welded in and un-useable. The top was a poorly welded in station piece that was cut out and redone as original with a wood kit from Bogus Bob and Julianos top material.
The Glide bucket seats and original back seat are upholstered in maroon vinyl by Auto Weave in Denver. The shorty chrome column with a modified 1963 Chevy truck steering wheel is attached via borgeson joints to a 67 Mustang steering box.
The 392 Chrysler Imperial Hemi was built by Jeff Van Horn of US Automotive Machine with various Hot Heads Research parts and a Wilcap trans adapter. Trans is a turbo 350 with an Inland Empire Driveline aluminum driveshaft. The rear end is a Currie 9" with Pete &Jakes Ladder bars and big Ford Brakes. Front suspension is Pete & Jakes 4 bars with a tubular dropped axel and disc brakes. I don't know whose frame it is as it came with the body when purchased.
Chrome reversed wheels with spiders and wide white radial tires. There are less than 1700 miles on the car as the former owner hardly drove it. No Radio, Heater or A/C as this was built as a Hot Rod
