I have for sale a 1966 Jeep CJ5, old by year but everything on this Jeep has been replaced to make it "NEW". The body is all steel, No fiberglass. It was built on a custom boxed frame (2”x4”), Including 2x4 front and rear bumpers. It has a Full Teraflex suspension, custom built currie 9” posi rear end with disc brakes, a Dana 44 front differential with disc brakes, air locker on the front, warn hubs , fully sked plated underneath, including rear fuel tank. The exhaust system is a work of art tucked up and does not hang down anywhere underneath. The swing away rear tire mount is well balanced and supports the large tire well, new interior not just old rusted seat frames covered over. Body has been line-ex inside and underneath. It has a new Warn 8000lb winch. The custom built tow bar which also provides protection for the winch and grill. Has a Chevy Vortex V6 EFI which runs at 180 degrees using a electric fan with a override switch as well, onboard air compressor which uses the roll cage as the air tank. Has 2 fuel tanks with a transfer switch to move fuel from the Aux tank to main tank. Has top grade fuel lines, power steering lines, has a 4 speed tranny with 1st gear being a granny gear with 2 speed over/under drive. Two speed transfer case, has tilt steering, heater, radio, Cobra CB radio, has backup camera with GPS. Windshield has 2 windshield wiper motors, shoulder seatbelts, frame has rock lights installed. 5 Goodyear Wrangler tires, 35x12.50R15LT, mounted on Allied bead lock rims. Has the best top and doors. It also comes with a bikini top. It has a large front sway bar with quick disconnects. Both differentials have safety straps to limit travel while off roading. Has onboard battery tinder. Power steering with AGR steering box. All steering parts are heavy duty. LED lights front and rear. This jeep was built to be used off road with great flexibility for rock crawling and off road use. Has 488 gears in it and will run down the road at 55 to 65 miles an hour. Has tubular front hoops for shocks. Has special made mounts which ties the roll cage to the frame (not just bolted to the body only). Windshield is brand new. This vehicle has not been used off road at all since being built and it shows that. I'm selling it only because I have decided to go another route and won't use this jeep .
