As with their typical pattern with previous generations, Chevrolet changed up the look of the C3 significantly from previous years. Initially a lot of the mechanical and chassis components carried over but the body and interior design were completely new. It would eventually go on to set sales records in the late 70's and also introduced the "Stingray" name as now a single word versus 2. Not only does it bare that name but the stingray stylings were clearly apparent with its pointed nose and broad front end. These were the ultimate sports car and this 1975 is really something special. When talking about these old classics the word "documented" comes up often in regards to numbers, originality, etc. Well this car shows 17,445 miles on the odometer and has a title from the previous owner showing 15,676 "actual" miles as of April 2018. Paint has issues throughout the car, see still photos. Nicely equipped with power steering, tilt/telescopic wheel, headers, true dual exhaust, Flowmaster exhaust, power brakes, and factory a/c. Stereo and wipers work! Dark Red leather bucket seat interior with center console and 4-speed on the floor. Seats are showing normal wrinkling and some minor wear in the bolster but nothing major. Riding on the correct rally-style wheels with Goodyear Wrangler tires. Passenger seat has issues sliding forward/backward, being represented as is. Aftermarket speakers were installed behind the seats along the line as well. Clock is inop. White vinyl soft top with plastic rear window is in nice shape, but the rear latching mechanism needs TLC to latch properly. Removable painted to match hardtop has the same paint issues as the car.
