      <title>1968 Dodge Dart</title>
      <link>https://hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/dodge/dart/1968/listing/253493</link>
<description>INTRODUCTION: Scary fast &amp;amp; show quality! This SEMA car took 2,000 hours for professionals to build. At its heart is a supercharged Hemi Hellcat producing a bountiful 750 horsepower. Pushing the gas pedal feels like you are the projectile getting launched out of a blow gun at 400 feet per second flying past onlookers in a blur and not so silent whisper. This is a premium, this is uncompromised, and this is totally insane (but in a good way)!

EXTERIOR: Only 1,000 miles have been accumulated since completion so everything is super fresh and looking proper. I've never seen many of the finishes they chose for this build, but they all look amazing. Starting with the metal bumpers that were hydro dipped to look like carbon fiber. Additionally, all the brightwork was coated with a crinkle finish providing some unique texture and an unmistakably attractive look. The paint job itself looks like it costs more than a college education! It was applied with expert precision then polished to an extremely reflective finish you could read a diploma in. I really like the custom logos that were applied by airbrush and are seamless to the touch. All the panels are 100% laserbeam straight with smooth contours and sharp lines. They have been aligned by a master craftsman, square and flush, with gaps that are right on the money. All the glass is nice and clear with new rubber seals and fuzzy strips too. I thought it was really cool they used a GTS style hood with dual bulges and even retained the fender mounted turn signal indicators, which pay homage to a much more stock looking appearance. The custom made one-off wheels are equally impressive with their sleek mechanical aesthetic and staggered 18" front and 20" rear sizes. They are wrapped in a nice set of performance tires.

INTERIOR: This has been completely redone with some really nice finishing touches. My favorite part has to be the Kilduff Lightning Rod shifter. Even though it's just for decorative purposes I think it adds a really special visual that's extremely cool. The real shifter is to the far left and functions like any common automatic shifter. The gauge cluster has also been updated with a much more modern and practical unit that also lights up nicely. Another sweet upgrade is the modern stereo head unit which is both Bluetooth and Sirius XM capable. Additional speakers have been added to the kick panels and rear shelf. It has a full kit from Legendary Interior so everything has been replaced including the headliner, sun visors, seat upholstery, door panels, and carpeting. The Flaming River waterfall steering wheel was a very nice choice, and a modern electronic climate control was neatly mounted in the center console. Billet aluminum air vents were craftily incorporated into a custom wrapped dash and even the dome light is working.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Wow, this 6.2 liter Hellcat Hemi with a polished Kenne Bell supercharger up top is nothing short of impressive. A custom fabricated cold air intake pumps the air in, and a nice set of TTI headers lets the exhaust flow out. Custom Kenny Bell fuel rails and a serpentine front runner system round off the nice clean look. A custom fabricated intercooler system keeps the supercharger nice and cool. It has a factory computer and wiring for practical reliability. The Wilwood dual reservoir master cylinder is a much appreciated upgrade and also has a proportioning valve. All the body panel hardware has been upgraded to stainless steel. The underside of the hood, fender wells, and firewall have all been painted to the same quality as the impressive exterior. Mr Norms Resto Mod #002 fender tags are in place.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and in the jambs, the paint is laid out real slick with a smooth glossy finish. The weatherstrip has been replaced as well. Inside, the compartment has been neatly boxed and carpeted for a clean custom appearance. The battery has also been relocated to the passenger side. Additionally an aluminum reservoir was added that pumps fluid to cool the supercharger and is cleverly hidden behind the drivers side panel.

UNDERSIDE: Up front is a Gerst/QA1 suspension system with a complete tubular engine cradle, tubular control arms, double adjustable coilover gas shocks, heavy duty sway bar, plus rack-and-pinion steering. Out back, it's upgraded with a four link system, adjustable tubular control arms, double adjustable coilovers, and another heavy duty sway bar. The fuel system has been completely updated for the fuel injected engine, and stopping power is handled by a Wilwood brake system with drilled and slotted discs at all four wheels, along with a custom e-brake assembly. It has a great sounding dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and turned down tips at the rear. Looking up at the motor, you'll see an anodized extra capacity oil pan and high torque starter. The 4L80E overdrive automatic has been performance built to handle up to 1,000 horsepower, sending power through a custom aluminum driveshaft and a Strange Engineering 9-inch rear end that has 3.50 posi gears. The floors appear to be very solid originals, still wearing their factory undercoat.

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and our reputation. Every vehicle goes through our service department where it is inspected, test driven, and we address the essentials before offering it for sale.

CONCLUSION: A 750 horsepower supercharged Hellcat Hemi Dart? Come on now, what's there not with love about that! Hope you have enough time to do lots of photo shoots for magazine spreads, and enough space to store all the trophies you will win at car shows!

      <title>1968 Dodge Dart</title>
      <link>https://hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/dodge/dart/1968/listing/237947</link>
<description>The hemi-equipped Dodge Darts of the late '60s had a thoroughly performance-centric identity to begin with, but this 1968 Dodge Dart Hemi GT Convertible takes things to a whole new level, while also wielding elite curb appeal that draws you in at first glance. The craftsmanship display on this classic is truly impressive, from its striking two-tone paint scheme that pairs high-impact yellow paint with black accents, to its thoroughly inviting interior, to the seamless incorporation of its array of top-tier mechanical upgrades. Aftermarket LED headlights with halo rings light up the path ahead, while a set of awesome 17" Billet Specialties wheels adds an exclamation mark to this coveted muscle car's thoroughly entrancing appearance.

The fully customized interior is very much in keeping with the overall "refined, yet aggressive" theme, featuring bucket seats that blend vinyl covers with suede inserts and a full-length floor console that positions the shift lever within easy reach. Up front, the dashboard has been reimagined, with a set of Autometer gauges in in its instrument cluster and a fully padded dash surround. Should the skies darken when you're out on the road, the accompanying black cloth convertible top stands ready to protect you from the elements and is nearly new.

By all measures, this vintage Dodge is built for asphalt supremacy. Raise the scooped hood and you'll no doubt be impressed by the engine compartment, with its striking custom firewall and inner fender metalwork surrounding an iconic 426-cubic-inch Hemi engine. Already a thoroughly potent performer to begin with, the V8 has been bored out to a full 490 cubic inches, so it's now an absolute screamer and this Dart comes with the dyno sheets to prove it. Fed by a Holley Terminator X electronic fuel injection system, it's running in top form and having logged a meager 566 since its build, is really just emerging from its break-in period. It pairs with a 5-speed Tremec manual transmission, one of the few transmissions that could rightfully be trusted with its enormous output. Long tube headers merge into a dual exhaust that terminates in a pair of Flo-Pro mufflers, yielding a fittingly muscular tone with a tap on the accelerator.

      <title>1968 Dodge Dart</title>
      <link>https://hotrodhotline.com/forsale/vehicles/dodge/dart/1968/listing/237776</link>
<description>Wow is this one a beauty! The colors had me sold immediately. I was thrilled once I inspected it and realized how nicely it was restored because that meant I was buying it!

EXTERIOR: Stunning! That beautiful glass finish black paint without a vinyl top and all the nice red accents really looks incredible. You walk up to the car, and it looks like a black mirror. The body is arrow straight and the gaps are really nice. It has the GTS bulged hood with the red accents in the chrome trim, I also love the GTS 383 emblems with red and of course the red bumblebee stripe really puts it over the top. Everyone loves the round marker lights of '68 too. It looks like the chrome has been redone and the stainless trim is very nice. It has dual mirrors and correct antenna. The windshield looks new, weatherstrips have been replaced. It's sitting on a set of reproduction Wide Oval Redline tires with gloss black rims and the poverty hubcaps.

INTERIOR: Oh my god, the pearl white against the black exterior really takes it to another level, somewhere in the astrosphere! The fact it has bucket seats with the console makes it even that much better. I'm sitting in the car looking at it now, it's very tidy and clean. The instrument panel is not beat up or broken, an original center console is very nice. The seats are recushioned and upholstered. The door panels, armrests, carpet, headliner, rear speaker shelf have all been replaced. It has seat belts front and back.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: A big block 383 stuffed in a little Dart sounds exciting! This engine compartment is completely restored and detailed. The engine bay is pristine metal painted high gloss black. Every single component looks proper, fresh, and detailed. The engine looks stock: the right manifolds, chrome valve cover and a crinkle finish air cleaner with a 383 Magnum pie tin. It even has proper over spray on the negative cable, a reproduction coil and dated spark plug wires. The hoses and clamps are reproduction. The squirters are hooked up, the horns are hooked up, the battery is secured. Dang this is nice!

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted glossy. The weatherstrip and trunk mat have been replaced. Under the trunk mat is solid black metal. It has a spare tire, the board over it and insulation pad that helps with the moisture. The jack assembly is correctly mounted. There's a working trunk light too!

UNDERSIDE: Under this car is restored and detailed, right down to the assembly line markings. The steering and suspension all looks fresh like it's been rebuilt or replaced. The brakes have been serviced, the lines and e-brake look new. It has a factory style dual exhaust system with the correct tips going out the back. The fuel system was replaced including the tank. Looking up at the motor it's very clean, the starter looks fresh. The 727 Torqueflite automatic looks fresh too and a restored driveshaft is going back to the 8 3/4 rear end. The floors and frame rails all appear to be very solid. It has factory applied undercoat certain areas and painted gloss black in others.

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you the best cars within reason.

Beautiful car! The new owner will be very proud.

Vehicles are displayed in a museum setting. Admission applies without an appointment and is refunded with purchase, including a one-year museum membership.

      <description>Classic Car Marketing, Inc. Southern California’s premier marketing company is pleased to introduce this new listing offered for sale by one of our clients.  JUST REDUCED&#13;
This beautiful 1968 Hemi SS Dart LO23 ReCreation was built by Greg Fernald of SS/AFX in New River, Arizona. The car was built to race or drive on the street. The 426 Hemi is stroked to 472 and is built with the best of everything; heads, block, crank, rods, pistons and a Comp roller cam. It is topped with a period correct cross ram manifold and Holley 4235 and 4236 carburetors. The transmission is a race built, manual reverse valve body 727 Torque Flight with a Hurst Super Shifts controller. All of the suspension is period correct as well as the battery placed in the trunk. The interior has the correct A100 seats, rollbar and 3 point shoulder harness. The exterior of the car is painted plum crazy with an orange stripe on its tail. The tires are period correct with Cragar mag wheels. Since the car was built to drive in Arizona, the seller had glass windows installed with roll up door windows, and a vintage A/C unit installed. All of this can be reversed if the buyer wishes to race the car. It will run on pump gas although VP octane additive is recommended; it loves race gas. The car has never been abused or raced and the builder believed it could run in the mid 10’s in tribute drag racing. SS/AFX is no longer building these cars. This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of history. Car is located in Scottsdale, Az. Offered at $132,500 OBO. For more information please visit our website at www.classiccarmarketing.net or call us at 619-972-7073. Please mention the vehicle you are inquiring about so we can respond promptly.
