<description>1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster. Stock 4 cylinder Manual transmission This Model A Roadster was restored in the 1970's from an excellent original Model A Ford and it still today shows in very nice condition. It has been fully serviced with some upgrades and updates. The 4 shock absorbers have been totally rebuilt by Apple Hydraulics. It has a newly rebuilt carburetor, a leakless water pump installed and directional signals. All oil and antifreeze changed. Fully tuned up. Totally rebuilt steering box and steering components. The brakes are in great shape and adjusted properly. It even has an A-6050 police head. I'm not sure if it came from the factory that way in 1931 or if it was put on during the restoration in the 1970's. Rare item. This Model A runs fantastically and would be a pleasure to own. <description>1931 Ford Sedan 1931 modified model 'A' two door sedan. The best of both worlds. A 1931 model 'A' body sitting on a custom made frame. The first 39 inches of the frame accommodates the 1940 ford flat head engine and transmission. Note the unique shifter in the floor. This arrangement is one of a kind. The next 60 inches of the frame accommodates the 1940 ford flat head engine and transmission. Note the shifter in the floor. This unique arrangement is one of a kind. The next 60 inches of the frame accommodates the model 'A' body. Study the pictures closely to get an appreciation of this unique build. The car is brand new from the tires to the top. Only 351 miles. The steel top was cut out of a Jeep Cherokee and welded in the model 'A' body. Check out the dash. The top half is model 'A' and the bottom is from a '32 Ford. In 1939 ford took the shifter out of the floor and put it on the steering column. However, ford left the shifter in the floor through 1948 in the pick up. I found a '48 truck transmission and took the gears out of my '40 box and installed them in this car which allowed me to have the shifter on the floor. Check out the details. The radiator is a special order from Walker. I called Travis Walker to get him to modify the '40 ford radiator. If you look closely you will see the filler cap assembly is from a '32' and it is mounted below the top of the radiator. This modification allowed the shell to fit smoothly across the top with no break for a filler cap. <description>1931 Ford Model A Speedster

"By true definition from back in the day, the term speedster was a built up automobile that uses a handmade body or aftermarket body. Generally, the reason that speedsters have been accepted by the Model A and Model T clubs is because of the mindset that the bodies/sheetmetal were not being destroyed. Naturally there are exceptions but that was kinda the mindset." From a forum discussion on Fordbarn.com

For consignment, a 1931 Ford Model A Speedster with unknown mileage. Speedsters were stripped down and intended for racing and this one features a built 201ci up front.

  Exterior
The Model T cowl is black and maintains the overall color theme to the car with its exposed black frame and 19-inch wire wheels that are also black. The radiator shell wears more of a brushed metal motif while headlight buckets maintain more of their polished metal shine. Speaking of shine, the cylindrical polished gas tank on back gleams brightly amongst the matte black axle and frame, topped by a tail light and higher, bigger brake light.

  Interior
In this open platform, the interior is as much a part of the exterior as all the other parts. A pair of aluminum bucket seats with square edges and no padding occupy our exposed cabin. A fat man wood steering wheel perches on a narrow column that descends to a wooden dashboard with glossy wood housing a few gauges and choke/throttle levers. Planks live in the footwell under the pedals and some carpet pieces are in place around the floor mounted shifter and handbrake. No windshield, no seat belts, no radio, just pure man and machine!

  Drivetrain
Here's where the rubber meets the road with a clean 201ci inline four cylinder augmented with a Beavertail balanced crank, forged rods, insert bearings, and a cast iron Lion 3 speed head. It's fueled via a Model B 1-barrel carburetor and rowed into motion via a 3-speed manual transmission with a V8 clutch. In back, power is greeted by 3.78 gearing.

  Undercarriage
We find clean conditions underneath where mechanical drum brakes occupy all four corners and transverse leaf springs are up front and in the back. The single exhaust rolls straight through a stock style muffler and exits out back.

  Drive-Ability
No frills, but all fun on this adult sized go cart with an historic bend. The engine delivers good power and a great sound, steering is crisp, and handling was tested at pedestrian speeds and deemed both adequate and fun. The short list of functions on board, including a singular front fog light, operate as they should and if we had a race car room, this would be in it, but onto the showroom floor it goes! While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

If you're a race fan, here's an early iteration that demonstrates just how raw things were back in the day. They said that drivers were a different breed and two minutes behind the wheel of this showpiece ground proofs that for driver and occupants. I think we grew some new chest hair. Anyway, it's a fantastic, well sorted example and will surely grace the next garage it calls home.

      <description>1931 Ford Model A Roadster

For consignment, a 1931 Ford Model A roadster showing 9,352 miles, but the true miles are unknown due to exemption. This Brookville Roadster piece was built in 2007 and features an Offy intake, artillery wheels, and a LeBaron Bonney interior.

  Exterior
Back in the day, it was more about going fast that looking flashy so matte or satin paint was the norm, and this beauty is covered in a coat of satin desert tan single stage paint on the Brookville body and the tan Brookville canvas top picks up on the similarly painted 15-inch artillery wheels, here wrapped in staggered size tires with a mid 2022 date code. The '32 Ford radiator shell is color keyed and enhanced by a dark red pinstripe that matches the exposed frame and axle in front in a tasteful design cue. The raked profile puts the rounded tail up in the air where a pair of Pontiac tail lights briefly interrupt the tan coverage, underscored by a pinstripe and topping exhaust tips that come through the rear valance. A single chip on the side constitutes the only exterior imperfection we find.

  Interior
A fantastic choice for the LeBaron Bonney interior connects the outside to the inside as dark red grain vinyl covers the inner doors and bench seat with perfection and the materials are extended to the rear side walls and foot wells. A nice red steering wheel fronts the coordinated dash, tan with a red pinstripe, housing the gauges toward the center, a series of Stewart Warner vintage style, white faced dials. A textured rubber mat covers the floor and the shifter shaft is painted red and topped with a graphic airbrushed knob. The trunk contains a carpeted mat and the aluminum gas tank which, not surprisingly, is painted tan.

  Drivetrain
Lakewood headers extend from the sides of the 401ci V8 from a 1965 Buick which is topped by an Offenhauser intake and three 2-barrel 97 carburetors. The transmission is a Toploader 3-speed manual which routes power to the 1957 Oldsmobile axle and 3.23 gears. Finned and polished valve covers along with a number of other polished parts make this exposed engine show worthy. It runs on a 12 volt system.

  Undercarriage
The frame, axles, driveshaft, and wheel components are all painted dark red for a clean and coordinated look underneath. We have drum brakes on all four wheels and the dual exhaust T's off the side pipes and flows through glasspack style mufflers on its way out back. The Brookville chassis includes a 4" drop front axle and transverse leaf springs front and rear.

  Drive-Ability
A welcome exhaust note fills our receiving room as we get ready to track this car around the test loop. There's more than enough power underfoot and there are not many cars that feel this close to an amusement park ride. The car tracks straight, runs well, and brakes on demand. With the top up, side mirrors are your friend as the small rear window is probably not what you're used to, but the real fun happens when the top comes down! We note the brake lights and horn are not working but all other functions on board operate as they should. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

According to Hot Rod magazine, "Hot rodders were publicly regarded as young hellions who had earned a reputation for banzai street racing exhibitions and general automotive mayhem." Today, it's a different type of crowd driving these well crafted relics or recreations of the 50's and chances are, there will be no mayhem! They are no longer $300 projects built in your backyard. This is a stunning example and a representative of a slice of American culture.

      <description>1931 Ford Model A Coupe

So you think Model A enthusiasm is fading out? Guys aging out of the Model A hobby? Well, guess again. In our nearly eight years in business, dozens of Model A's have left the mall with a new owner. We must admit, it's been a little surprising to us too, but we're thrilled to have represented so many fine automobiles. They're incredibly varied and versatile and different iterations of 1931 Model As have come through our Hallowed Halls.

For consignment, a 1931 Ford Model A coupe showing 512 miles, but the true miles are unknown. This one presents in very nice condition looking very dapper in its period correct configuration.

  Exterior
Tan and brown alternative is single stage coverage that's both regal and dramatic with the cabin's paint extending like melting ice cream to form stripes that follow the contours of the rear section and jut out to form spears on the hood. The undulating fenders take on the brown next and they are connected by a running board that's topped with rubber and steel step plate. The body color is shared by the 19-inch wire wheels perfectly wrapped in white wall tires with a covered spare mounted in back, just behind the wooden luggage rack that stows in a vertical position. From the front, you follow a symmetrical design of headlights, cowl lights, and in this case, dual side mirrors while a winged motometer rises from the chrome radiator shell. Imperfections include chipped paint at the base of a fender where it meets the finned engine cover, patches of missing paint from top of both front fenders, and various touched up chips.

  Interior
Brown mohair is the material of choice here and it presents on the door panels in fine shape, and on the column tufted bench seat with numerous spots of missing fur. The four spoke steering wheel is perfect and fronts a clean, tan dashboard with typical gauge cluster with grooved metal faceplate dead center. Berber style carpet lines the floor nicely while the driver has a rubber heel pad that takes in the shifter and hand brake. Our headliner is intact and in good shape and so is the brown vinyl rumble seat tucked away in back.

  Drivetrain
Plenty of patina on this original looking 201ci inline four cylinder. It's rated at 40 horsepower and is fueled with a 1-barrel carburetor. Behind it, a 3-speed manual sends power to 3.78 gears in back. This car retains its 6 volt system.

  Undercarriage
Conditions are not bad for this 94 year old with some typical oil present on the pan and rear differential. Mechanical drum brakes are employed on all four wheels and a single exhaust runs through a stock style muffler terminating before the rear axle. Transverse leaf springs are utilized front and rear.

  Drive-Ability
Unfortunately, the car cranks but would not start for us. We also note the horn is not working. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

We'll make a bold prediction here. Model A's will never go out of style and will always have a following. There, we said it and based on how many we've had the honor of representing, and the enthusiasm of new owners when they get the keys, you can take this one to the bank! Meanwhile, we've got another stunning example here ready to make your A-list of new cars!

<description>1931 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan

For consignment, a 1931 Ford Model A Tudor sedan showing 2,729 miles, but the true miles are unknown. This is a very nice street rodded Model A with a 350ci V8 in front, nice paint, and an interior dressed in gray tweed.

  Exterior
Slightly raked and sitting lower than it would have in 1931, this sedan is perched on 15-inch Eagle Alloy wheels with staggered widths and polished to perfection. The tires are widely staggered and help create that slightly nose down profile punctuated by the smooth flowing front fiberglass fenders and the upright, rounded rears, both in two stage orange and connected by a wide running board. The steel body includes a black textured roof that creates a sandwiching effect for the orange and an attractive profile while the front retains its iconic Ford layout with round headlights flanking the classic grille and some billet flame trim on the apron, all ahead of an open engine. The engine cover comes with the car and is in matching orange paint. Imperfections are limited to some uneven filler and missing paint by a door hinge.

  Interior
Smooth gray tweed door panels welcome driver and guest into the cabin, where that same material covers the buckets seats along with handsome black piping and the walls are washed in tweed all the way to the back and top, enveloping a rear bench in the same configuration. Up front, a flame sculpted steering wheel leads to a dash backed by black grain vinyl, housing gold rimmed VDO gauges with ivory faces and billet back panel for an especially attractive presentation. Flames lick the red ball handle of the shifter on the floor and black carpet covers the flat surface cleanly and lines the kick panels.

  Drivetrain
The fire is still lit on the engine where engraved flames adorn the valve covers and spark guards on a crate 350ci V8 with one horsepower per cubic inch and an Edelbrock 600cfm 4-barrel carburetor over a polished intake manifold from the same legendary company. Lots and lots of show ready polished parts here including the headers, and it's all accented by orange ignition wires, and topped by a chrome skull. A mirrored firewall doubles the impact! Behind it, a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission which routes power to the Oldsmobile rear end.

  Undercarriage
Clean and relatively simple underneath with no rust and only a drop or two of oil on the pan. A Mustang II front end included coil springs and in back, the coil springs are accompanied by ladder bars. Brakes are configured as front disc and rear drum and dual exhaust hits an H-pipe, then travels through FlowMaster mufflers before exiting through polished tips.

  Drive-Ability
We go from bright orange to warm gray tweed on the inside and a comfortable little cabin. The 350 comes to life with a pleasing exhaust note and rolls smoothly onto the test loop, providing good power, straight tracking, and with its low center of gravity, decent handling. Our tires have some age, so we won't be flogging this orange rod, but all signs point to a fun filled driver. The speedometer and odometer are not working but all other functions on board operate as they should and we roll this orange back to the mall to find a temporary home under the lights. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

Nicely built, well sorted, and darn good looking, this Ford street rod is essentially a turn key show car with room for guests and supplies in the back seat. It's in very nice condition and is looking for a new garage to call home. Maybe you have an empty space that needs filling?

      <description>1931 Ford Model A Victoria

For consignment, a 1931 Ford Model A Victoria showing 2,388 miles, but the true miles are unknown. This car was built in Florida in 2000 and since purchasing it in 2020, our consignor has added a grocery list of improvements including new wheels and tires, a new carburetor and tune up items, new stainless steel exhaust, and as recently as July 2025, a new battery was added.

  Exterior
Our consignor emphasized that this car gets a lot of attention wherever it goes, and it's one that will stop you in your tracks at the mall where 940 other cars will vie for your attention! It's that stunning Mint Green two stage paint that does it, a unique and standout color that is the perfect base for the contrasting black bits including that canvas roof that waterfalls over the rear window. 15-inch glossy black steel wheels are sandwiched between moon style hubcaps and white wall tires and the rubber coated running board adds the final piece of contrast. There's a Medusa-like "31 Vikky" graphic on each side of the cowl and up front, an original Mobil Oil Pegasus radiator cap that doubles as a hood ornament. Out back, the mounted spare shares this side of things with an added third LED brake light and period reverse light, both added by our consignor along with LED headlights. Imperfections include an area of bubbling, some cracked paint around the engine cover handle, random tinges of surface rust, rust and cracked paint in and under the drip rail.

  Interior
Green Bedford cord dresses the inner doors with a leather header band that takes in the door handle and both doors present nicely. The material is used in the inserts of the leather bucket seats, designed in a way they could not have even dreamed about in '31, with supportive sides and green head restraints, and the rear bench is also handsomely upholstered. A Flashpower steering wheel with Klaxon horn presents to the driver with attractive wood and steel design leading to the fresh dashboard housing Classic Instrument vintage style gauges across the board along with some modern switches and an AM/FM radio, iPhone holder, and A/C panel. The odometer and speedometer have a GPS speed sensor. A floor shifter rises from the flat floor and crescendos with a flaming ball handle on a polished staff that matches the shiny steering column. Speakers and dome lights live in the headliner to complete the clean interior.

  Drivetrain
Behind the engine cover sits a clean Ford 3.8 liter V6 with a 2-barrel carburetor and an AOD 4-speed automatic transmission which sends power to the Ford 8" rear. Chrome valve covers dress things up a bit, but the engine is more about show than go!

  Undercarriage
The underside is generally clean with minimal surface rust and some residual oil about. The dual exhaust flows through turbo mufflers on its way to the chrome tips at the back. Power brakes are onboard as front discs and rear drums and suspension consists of a transverse leaf spring in front and a 4 link with coil springs in back.

  Drive-Ability
We hop in this candy colored beauty and crank the V6 to life. The cozy cabin is comfortable enough and even with narrow windows, visibility is pretty good. The car tracks straight and handles well on fairly new shoes, and braking is on point. All functions operate as they should. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

No one knows how many Model A Victorias are still on the road, but 96 years later, we're guessing not many. This one presents very nicely with a paint job that the culture may not have accepted in 1931, but it dresses up this classic and creates a unique presentation that absolutely turns heads. That's just icing on the cake for a nice build and a trusty V6 behind the louvered covers.

      <description>1931 Ford Model A Roadster

For consignment, a 1931 Ford Model A roadster showing 4,653 miles on the odometer, but the true miles are unknown.  This car had a complete engine rebuild by the well known Model A shop, Turlock Machine in Turlock, California, about 80 miles north of Fresno. A complete breakdown of work will accompany the car.

NOTE: This vehicle is sold with a reissued VIN

  Exterior
Stunning coverage of Copra Drab envelopes this classic, a color that would probably not play well on today's cars, but is stunning on this '31. You have to give it a chef's kiss when combined with the tan canvas top, the 19-inch yellow wire wheels, white wall tires, and the black base and fenders. It just gels together so well, it's almost breathtaking. Chrome bumpers and the reflective radiator shell join metal headlight buckets and the quail hood ornament up front while the back is adorned with a fifth wheel and a single tail light along with split chrome ribbon like bumpers. Cowl lights cling to the side and a single side mirror is posted on the A-pillar and a dark gray trim line is pinstriped with yellow, a fitting match for the wheels. Imperfections are few and include two inclusions in the paint, a long scratch by the door handle, and some rust bubbles at a wheel opening.

  Interior
Marbled dark saddle vinyl forms the door panel covers and presents cleanly, as does the stitched bench seat which shows some minor use creasing throughout and some light compression. The rumble seat shares the material and is in excellent condition. A four spoke steering wheel fronts the painted dash augmented with a yellow pinstripe, surrounding the center instrument panel that includes the keyhole. A cupholder has been added to the dash to have this car dip a toe in the 21st century. Lovely brown carpet covers the floor around the shifter, hand brake and pedals, while the footwells are dressed in the saddle vinyl.

  Drivetrain
Behind the engine cover is the clean and fully rebuilt 201ci inline four cylinder with a 1-barrel carburetor and a 3-speed manual. 3.70 gears are found in the rear axle and mechanical drum brakes sit in the front and rear. The engine presentation is show ready and clean.

  Undercarriage
Clean underneath as well, with some oil on the rear differential and residual oil on the transmission, but nothing is out of place or damaged. A single exhaust runs through a stock style muffler then terminates just before the rear axle under the car and transverse leaf springs are noted front and rear.

  Drive-Ability
We go through the typical four step process to start the car and she fires right up as if this was 1931 all over again. We jog this car onto the test loop where it runs very well, we dare say, better than new. We're out there long enough for the car to warm up and everything on board functions as designed. While Classic Auto Mall represents that these functions were working at the time of our test drive, we cannot guarantee these functions will be working at the time of your purchase.

Perhaps the most common, most serviceable, most supported model of the early American automotive industry. Model A's will forever be shining examples of mass production, the assembly line, and American ingenuity. It's no secret that Henry Ford was a bit of a nasty fellow, but his ambition undoubtedly changed the landscape of American industry. Here's the defining vintage car and one you should own.

      <description>1931 Ford Model A - 5 Window Coupe
The Model A was Ford Motor Company's second huge market success following in line with the Model T. Interestingly not only did it have huge success originally but had a revival later in life as this era of car became a staple in the hot rodder and custom car community. Being that they were one of the most common cars in their time they were well represented in the media so it is no surprise they were a go-to for show car enthusiasts. Unfortunately due to their steel construction they have slowly become harder to get your hands on over time. That is what makes beautiful all steel cars like this 5 Window Coupe so awesome to sill have around. This car was very well built and combines "old school" touches with performance and modern upgrades to create the ultimate Hot Rod. The current owner purchased the car in 2012 out of Houston, Texas and it has been used as a fair time weather weekend show car since being completed. With only 446 miles on it since finished the car still looks very fresh. The solid steel body is in excellent condition and painted in a 1977 Ford Vista Orange base coat/clear coat paint that has an excellent finish. You see so many of these cars getting cut up during their modifications so this one being unchopped actually makes it really stand out in a great way. A 32 grill shell has been added up front and it also has a recessed firewall. The grill has a nice shine and is framed by large chrome circle headlights. In back it has LED tear drop taillights and all of the electrical is working properly. The glass is all in good shape and the car still has the pop out front windshield. It rides on a set of Weld Racing wheels with BF Goodrich tires and very cool knock off style center caps in back.
The car is run without the hood to show off the 355 V8 roller motor that gets those tires turning. It has been dressed up from top to bottom with nice chrome valve covers, a polished intake, Holley Street Avenger 750cfm carburetor, chrome air cleaner, Cool Flex hoses, billet brackets, polished pulleys, a custom oil pan and so much more. The block and heads are also painted to match the body for a clean cohesive look. In fact the entire TCI chassis and a large number of undercarriage components are painted to match making it very worthy of showing off. The car sounds great and with headers and cutouts into 3 inch exhaust through Thrust mufflers. Cooling is provided by the aftermarket Walker radiator with a large electric fan. Combined with the engine is a 700R4 automatic transmission and Ford 8.8 inch rear end. The car does come already with a painted extra pos-track rear pumpkin. The 6 inch drop axle is nicely painted and a large portion of the exposed suspension is all polished or chrome. Underneath the car a power brake booster has been hidden and it has disc front/drum rear. The electrical is an EZ Wiring harness and the list of high end components goes on and on. It also has a Vega steering box and the car runs down the road great.
The interior is all custom and completed in a beautiful Ivory ultra leather. It is extremely clean and very luxurious and modern. It has dual bucket seats that are very comfortable and feature lap belts. The carpet is all very nice and it has a Lokar shifter mounted to the floor. The dash is painted the same Vista Orange and topped off with Omega Kustom gauges that all work properly. Underneath the dash a Vintage AC system is in place with nice adjustable vents. In front of the driver is a custom Billet steering wheel on a tilt column with all polished levers. Behind the seat you will find the Optima battery mounted with a kill switch. One very cool feature of this car is the trunk has been finished out as a rumble seat. The upholstery is just as nice as the rest and below the seat bottom is extra storage space.
This is an extremely cool classic with that complete Hot Rod style. It has been meticulously cared for and looks like a freshly built custom car. It gets attention everywhere you take it and is a regular show winner.
This beautiful car could be in your garage for $49,500.00!

<description>1931 Ford Model A Huckster Woody

For consignment, a beautifully completed 1931 Model A woody huckster which was the beneficiary of a full restoration and having started out as a 1931 coupe.  This truck is looking authentic with two tone exterior, wire wheels, beautifully installed and stained wood sides, vinyl interior, and even carrying a bed load of barrels and baskets along with a scale, all you need to do is scavenge up some apples and start your new business.  This hauler also works on a 6-volt positive ground system, has a nicely restored undercarriage, roll down sides for the cargo area and could be the start of a new business.

  Exterior
Looking the part of a traditional Model A up front with its tall roofline, fenders and running boards, along with the essential cowled hood, gloss black radiator surround with its standard flat chrome topper flanked by chrome trimmed black encased head lighting, and dual bar bumpers in front.  The steel body is bathed in shiny beige and down below is black for the fenders and running boards.  All chrome and even the fuel filler cap atop the cowl is mirror polished.  The wood framed windshield is a fixed position unit and a black mirror hangs from the driver's outer windshield frame.  The sturdy oak doors with roll up canvas and plastic "glass", (I see a new word added to my vocabulary...glastic!), all show nicely and more wonderfully stained and distressed oak makes up the passenger compartment and cargo area and incorporates canvas roll up sides to show off your wares at market.  Out back, a single tail light is mounted on the driver's rear fender and a short fold down oak tailgate and rear roll up canvas curtain bring up the tail end of things.  A note to the top, which is wrapped in vinyl in black, as technology of the day would not allow for a large piece of steel to be pressed into shape and frankly looks much better than being finished simply in wood.  Red 19-inch wire spoke wheels are wrapped in slightly dry rotted rubber for that perfect 30's look.

  Interior
A tree's worth of oak covers most surfaces of the door panels with the only deviation being the screw style door releases.  Inside, a long smooth black vinyl split bench seat runs door to door and does come with the upper seat section.  More wood makes up the vertical surfaces of the interior and the headliner, all looking like new.  The full metal jacket dash fronts the bench and is painted body matching beige around a center chromed "mask" style shiny instrument cluster.  A nice shiny original steering wheel is mounted and extending proudly from this nice dash and textured vinyl in black covers the wood and steel front floor.  Moving rearward to the cargo area, we note barrels, baskets and a Detecto scale all fitting snugly into the well restored wood bed.

  Drivetrain
Under the hood is a nicely restored 201ci 4-cylinder engine.  It is fed fuel by a 1-barrel carburetor and has a 3-speed manual transmission on the back pushing power rearward to a 3.78 gear rear axle.

  Undercarriage
Extremely clean with some slight road dirt and light surface rust on the frame, body hangers, and running boards, but these areas all remain structurally solid and in good condition.  Some wood is on for the under floor pans and is all solid and painted black.  Transverse leaf springs are the suspension down below and mechanical drum brakes show up also on all 4 corners.

  Drive-Ability
This old gal fired right up running on all 4 cylinders, and as I slipped it into gear, we were ready to take on the test track.  It has a nostalgic feel to the ride, nice smooth acceleration, a wonderful sound, and good handling.  Braking needs to be planned a bit ahead, but works just fine and I made it to the local market right on time, but nobody seemed to want to purchase anything but the fries I acquired from the McDonald's drive-thru.

A nice older restoration with a fine mix of Ford steel and well done oak all rust and rot free, all looking good in the two tone paint along with the highlighting chrome.  Amazingly clean undercarriage, and definitely meant to be a shower as well as a driver.   Just do not plan any open cruising down the highway at more than 40mph, you don't want your fruit falling out and watching your profit roll to the roadside...

Classic Auto Mall is a 336,000-square foot classic and special interest automobile showroom, featuring over 850 vehicles for sale with showroom space for up to 1,000 vehicles. <description>1931 Ford Model A Victoria
When 1927 rolled around, Henry Ford had successfully perfected his assembly line. Due to this the Model T is often regarded as the first affordable vehicle option allowing the middle class to finally have a chance at reliable and easily maintained transportation. With that large success he obviously wanted to follow it up and did so with the Model A. Previously Ford had gone to the next letter of the alphabet when naming his cars but this time he decided that it was such a departure from the previous design so he started it all over with the "A". This line proved to be just as successful with 2 million being sold by July 1929. The Model A name would leave in 1932 when they would be fully redesigned once again. Various body styles were produced like the Victoria you see here. This car has been fully restored and it was a very nicely done restoration. It has been kept mostly stock throughout. The all steel body is in excellent condition and it is painted a two tone Beige and Brown paired with Black fenders. It also has the light Beige cloth top which looks great and we do not have documentation but suspect it is the original. The chrome front headlights (with headlight bar) are working properly as are the cowl lights. It also has its original style nicely chromed radiator shell with a stone guard. The double bar stacked bumpers are mounted correctly in front/rear. All of the glass is in good condition and it has the original style pop out windshield. It has a rear mounted spare with a Ford spare cover and its original Red spoke wheels which are all wrapped with wide white wall tires.
Under the 4 piece louvered hood is the original 201 CID (3.3 L) L-head I4 that runs great. It was professional rebuilt from top to bottom less than 500 miles ago with around $8,000 being spent in the process. It has a 3 speed that shifts smoothly with no problems. The brake and suspension system is all the stock stuff but has been gone through and works properly.
The interior is the stock Brown cloth and is in very good condition. Everything is the stock style with no major modifications. It even has the original pull down shades on all the windows. The dash is all nicely painted and fitted with its stock gauge cluster but also now has an oil pressure gauge underneath as well. From the original style pedals to the original steering wheel it is all there.
There are a lot of Model A collectors out there and this one is absolutely gorgeous. The restoration was very well done resulting in a Victoria that runs and looks great.
At this level of restoration this car is a bargain at $31,500.00!
NOW REDUCED DOWN TO $27,000.00!
