Just when you think you’ve seen it all … I found the Garages & Gearheads event in Carrollton, TX. Garages of Texas, didn’t set out to make a glorified storage facility, they created the ideal atmosphere for motor vehicle owners. Luxury garage suites for their cars that are priced at $200.00 SF condo plus HOA fees !!!

While strolling through I met a bunch of local car enthusiasts while enjoying what you want from a cup of coffee, donuts, breakfast taco’s to mimosas.
