It’s being built by Larry Foss of Montesano, WA and Bob Biehler of Olympia, WA. It started life as a 5-window and has been cut everyway possible and now is a 3-window. It runs 20″ rear tires that are truck tires with the tread ground off. The shifter sticks out of the open roof and the carb scoop was a wok before Bob Biehler took it off his wife’s deck and turned it into a skull. The eyes and mouth both open and shut with linkage on the side hooked to the throttle and of course decorates the top of a Hemi.
