Main Street Custom Finishing was established in 2004 by owner Matt Williams, who has over 20 years of experience as a finisher. Matt started an apprenticeship out of high school with a second generation piano finisher where he was able to learn a lot about fine wood, high-end finishing, ethics and quality of workmanship. Matt has always had a love for cars and grew up in a family of car enthusiasts and is now able to blend the love of cars with his profession and trade. Main Street Custom Finishing starts with an original or high quality reproduction and permanently laminates the veneer on with a proprietary process. The street rod dashes are made one at a time, with real wood veneers and the end result is a truly one of a kind real wood dash that is like nothing else out there. Matt’s success is due to his great product, having passion for what he does, communicating and giving exceptional service to every customer!
