The first in the series of five Metuchen Downtown Cruise Nights was held this evening, and more than likely due to the relatively cold temperatures, the turnout was light, with about 35 vehicles in all lining Main St Metuchen. One vehicle that caught this writer’s attention, was the rather stodgy, but one time reliable workhorse of the Taxi industry, a Checker Cab. The one in question here, being owned by Metuchen’s own Metuchen Taxi (a.k.a. T & L One, LLC).
