What may be the last Metuchen Downtown Cruise Night was met with overcast skies, but no rain fell during entire evening. The participant turnout was better than it was at the August event, and the show vehicles ranged in age from a Model A Ford Streetrod, to more sedate stock sedans and hardtop sedans, with lowrider 1964 Chevrolet, and diesel Volkswagen Rabbit among the more notable vehicles.
