Charter Oak Firebird’s Panera Bread Cruise Night on the Berlin Turnpike continues to grow in popularity, with the cruise parking areas filled to capacity by 6:30 PM. After sunset, I walked through the adjacent Walmart parking lot where a few brave souls who were unable to get into the cruise parking area left their cars unattended.
