Precision Auto Detailing held their first car show at their shop on Lake Ave in Metuchen, and while the organizer did everything he could to make the event attractive to potential participants, such as free food, free beverages and live entertainment, Mother Nature exercised her right to throw a monkey wrench into the works in the form of scattered thunderstorms, which kept a good number of people from attending this event. For those who did attend, it was fun for at least almost two hours, until a storm cell blew through town, abruptly ending the festivities for the day.

The word is that the event will be held again next year, and hopefully Mother Nature will be a LOT more cooperative.
