We recently had the chance to talk to Robbie Azevedo of Pacific Coast Customs and he has really gotten us even more excited about Young Rodders than we have in the past. After talking to Robbie we have decided to launch a new Young Rodders Contest! We will be featuring young rodders in our weekly newsletter and then once a month we will have a Young Rodders Winner chosen by Hotrodhotline staff and Robbie. Prizes will include t-shirts, hats, posters, and other items from our advertisers. Stay tuned for lots more…

We made it to Vallejo (CA) to the open house at the Pacific Coast Customs hot rod shop. They do some excellent work as you can see from the photos. It was definitely a pleasure to meet shop owner Robbie Azevedo. He had plenty of time to talk at length with us with everyone else that stopped by for a BBQ burger and soda; a most pleasant young man with lots of imagination and the skills to transform them into beautiful custom cars.
