The South Amboy Car-Truck-Motorcycle Show opened to clear skies, and unlike a little over a week earlier at another Show, not even a hint of rain. Temperatures were tolerable, but still describable as toasty.

Attendance at this year’s Show was good, but not nearly as robust it seems as it had been in years past, which is a bit puzzling, as this Show is easy to get to, offers a virtual smorgasbord of food choices between restaurants, and the standard fair of Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and Fries available from the volunteer Fire Dept food table. In addition to the aforementioned attractive attributes of this Show, are the craft Vendors, offering something for those that might not find all the cars, trucks, and motorcycles a compelling enough reason to attend this event. Speaking of vehicles, the mix included at least a few Pre-WWII cars,nand nice mix of Hotrods, Streetrods, and stock productions vehicles to look at.

Awards presentations commenced around 3:00 P.M., and wrapped up around 3:30 P.M.
