Even with a change of venue, the former Plainfield High School Car- Truck-Motorcycle Show drew a capacity crowd. By mid morning there in excess of 200 vehicles present, and more coming in. As usual the Show Promotor, Jabbar Jones outdid himself, with a DJ/ employing a complete sound system, playing a variety of music, choice of multiple food vendors, an onsite Show Photographer, and assorted other Vendors. Unfortunately, Mother Nature brought the festivities to an abrupt end around 2:00 P.M., with Thunderstorms, and heavy downpours.
