The Thunder Bolts Auto Club of Sacramento Calif. , was formed by Harry Wertergard , Norm Miline & Dick Bertuluccini in 1945 , the club was first called Capital City Auto Club , and their first meeting was held in Sept. 1945 in Harrys Westgards chicken coup shop on Fulton Ave , and the ciub is still going strong in 2024 .
