Ormond Beach Police Department Car Show

“Ormond’s Finest Car Show” is a car show hosted by Team Ormond Charities, a team of Ormond Beach Police Officers who participate in the Police Unity Tour, a 3-day bike ride from Norfolk, VA to Washington D.C. to commemorate those who paid the ultimate sacrifice. Officers from numerous agencies across the nation ride in the tour. Proceeds raised by the car show help the team pay to participate in the ride, support other riders, and contribute to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.

West Volusia Shopping Center Cruise In

In many parts of the country, February temperatures in the 40’s would be enough to bring out a large group of cruisers…but not in Florida. Gusty winds made it feel even colder, and only a few hard-core cruisers bundled up in heavy coats arrived at the West Volusia Shopping Center to see who else would stand up to the unseasonable weather.

The Final Woody’s Palm Coast Cruise-In

Woody’s of Palm Coast, Florida hosted a weekly cruise-in for more than 25 years, but new commercial construction at their location left too little available space in the parking lot. The Woody’s Cruise In came to an end on February 12, with a large number of cruisers in attendance.

Living Legends of Auto Racing Beach Parade

Beach erosion caused by two hurricanes interrupted this event for a couple of years, but now there is enough hard-packed beach sand at low tide to allow the annual parade to resume at Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.

19th Annual Cops and Cars for Kids Car Show

Proceeds from the Central Florida Law Enforcement Car Show are used to support deserving kids in the region such as Boys and Girls Town, Base Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation and the Special Needs Community.
